SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Time -- Our processing time is always on the forefront of our minds, and we are constantly working to improve this element of your customer experience. We are currently offering 2-3 business days of processing, and then your shipping choice will begin.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Dissertation Soap or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping, however, we will in the future. Please check back for further updates.
Return & Exchange Policy
Free Returns on all items. We believe in treating people the way we like to be treated. If you don't love your Dissertation Soap product, return it within 90 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.

To return your product, please use the following the instructions:

Email your order number and items you wish to return to info@dissertationsoap.com. Please include your reason for return in the email and allow 30 days for a refund to be sent via the method of originally payment.
Out of Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
